What it does

ChipLoad converts SFM to RPM, works out feed rate and chip load, applies radial chip thinning, and exports a setup sheet as a PDF.

Common questions

Does it come with tooling data?

No — and that is deliberate. ChipLoad ships no manufacturer's catalog. You build your own tool and material library from the numbers your shop actually uses, and those stay on your device.

Which units?

Both. Imperial (SFM, IPM, inches) and metric (Vc, mm/min, mm).

Privacy

ChipLoad collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no network connection. The app never sends your data anywhere, because it never sends anything anywhere.

• Everything you enter stays on your device.
• We cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else.
• Nothing is shared with or sold to third parties.
• Delete the app and the data is gone with it.
• If you email us for support, we see only what you choose to put in that email.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
